Returns

Eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition. Some items (e.g. clearance) may be marked final sale.

If a plant arrives damaged, share a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders).
